Detect now means detection (ADR 0021): a short clip is identified among English, Estonian, German and Finnish, in every browser. Choosing a language switches to live, word-by-word recognition.

Read-aloud speaks decisions and receipts with a Speechmatics voice (ADR 0020); the browser’s own voice remains the fallback.

Four languages on the loop (ADR 0019): a clip is transcribed with language identification among English, Estonian, German and Finnish on Speechmatics’ enhanced model in the EU; live voice takes the language control, or your browser’s language when it is left on Detect. Non-English phrases are recognised and shown; the grammar understands English until the Estonian release.

The essay’s canonical URL is the blog post at alvarlaigna.com again (ADR 0018); the copy here may run slightly ahead and says so.

Live voice: the browser’s own speech recognition streams the words into the field as you speak and proposes on the final phrase; the Speechmatics clip path stays as the fallback for browsers without it (ADR 0017).
The synthetic mandate now covers eight everyday matters, and the preset utterances read like life: a family doctor appointment, a prescription renewal, a kindergarten place, a school application result, a driving licence renewal and its medical check, a maritime radio transmitter permit, an unmanned aircraft system operator registration, tax arrears. The agent can also be asked to remind you before a permit expires: a read on its own side, no new authority.

Try the loop: the experience half. Speak, type or pick an utterance; a deterministic agent proposes a bounded action; the public service decides; a consequential action waits for a confirmation bound to the exact transaction; a receipt returns and nothing executes twice.

Principle 3 is now “Authority-per-action, not ID-per-agent”; principle 7 reads “human authority, always; human confirmation when required” and no longer implies a signing key on every consequential action.
The evaluator separates the authorization outcome from the execution result on every decision; a replay is permitted and executes nothing.
